For us, careers advice and coaching is associated with values like ‘inspiration and optimism’, and the right of every individual to be able to have career choices without barriers. We care deeply about the individuals we work with and strive to make a meaningful difference to their lives.

Fiona and Ali met through their careers advice and coaching work and decided to set up a business, which offered a more creative, personal, and thorough experience for the people they help.

Their skills and experiences complement each other perfectly to ensure that every person or school they work with is heard, understood and guided in the best way.  Teenagers and graduates throughout the UK can benefit from recorded coaching sessions allowing time for reflection and review.

Ali and Fiona were an invaluable resource for me when choosing my future career and completing my university application… they ultimately allowed me to make an informed decision on my plan moving forward, helped with my personal statement and suggested options for gap year work. I have no doubt that their support and expertise aided me in getting three offers from top 10 universities to study medicine.

Positive, supportive and encouraging – something our teenagers really need.
